Dr. Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead™
24 Hour Intensive

Dare to Lead™ coaching and experiential workshops are designed to support you in becoming a daring leader, to be equipped to lead through uncertainty and change focusing on four empirically-based, teachable, measurable, and observable skill sets of courage.

Rumbling With Vulnerability

The willingness to step into discomfort; our ability to be daring leaders is never greater than our ability to face and engage risk, uncertainty, and emotional exposure.

Living Into Our Values

Identifying and practicing the values that shape who we are; our ability to use those core values to help us navigate difficult choices and situations.

Braving Trust

Cultivating relationships with others based on trust; our ability to mend or deepen our connections with others through seven elements of trust.

Learning To Rise

Resetting after failures, setbacks, and disappointments; our ability to recognize our emotions, discern the truth of what happened, learn from it, and use

As a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, trained by Brené Brown in 2019, I support leaders to create courageous cultures through keynotes, workshops, and coaching programs.

Dr. Brené Brown’s Daring Teams™ Rollout Program

The Daring Teams Rollout Program was designed so that people who have successfully completed a Dare to Lead™ training program (led by Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitators) can share the work and what they’ve learned with their team. The number one question we get asked after participants complete the Dare to Lead™ training is “How do we scale this across our organization?”. This Rollout Program is the answer.

The Daring Teams Rollout Program was developed for teams to work together with the designated “Dare to Lead™ Trained” person serving as the group coordinator and co-learner—not as a trainer or facilitator. Teams to work together to learn and build upon the four skill sets of courage, practice having difficult and productive conversations, and increase team empathy and trust. The power of this program is practicing the work while we learn the work.

Leadership is about courage. It’s about finding the courage to show up and have difficult conversations, to take risks, and embrace change.
