Dr. Brené Brown’s Daring Teams™ Rollout Program
The Daring Teams Rollout Program was designed so that people who have successfully completed a Dare to Lead™ training program (led by Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitators) can share the work and what they’ve learned with their team. The number one question we get asked after participants complete the Dare to Lead™ training is “How do we scale this across our organization?”. This Rollout Program is the answer.
The Daring Teams Rollout Program was developed for teams to work together with the designated “Dare to Lead™ Trained” person serving as the group coordinator and co-learner—not as a trainer or facilitator. Teams to work together to learn and build upon the four skill sets of courage, practice having difficult and productive conversations, and increase team empathy and trust. The power of this program is practicing the work while we learn the work.
Leadership is about courage. It’s about finding the courage to show up and have difficult conversations, to take risks, and embrace change.
