What’s Included: 

Meet virtually the second and fourth Wednesday of each month, April-July.  The 2021 cohort begins Wednesday, April 14.  Sessions run from 12:00 to 3:00 PM CST.  

36 Program Hours are facilitated with a Diversity & Inclusion lens. Gain immediately actionable takeaways and insightful direction. Walk away with a full integration plan for your organization.  

Each participant receives 3 1:1 executive coaching sessions. Deeply integrate the work with valuable ongoing mentorship.  

One month after the cohort wraps, participants circle back for one additional session in service to the integration and carry-forward of the work.
